What is an extension pack?
An extension pack provides additional licenses to your plan, allowing for extra Family Zone services to be activated.
How to subscribe to an extension pack
Click on your name in the top right-hand corner
Select Subscription
Press OK while waiting for the shop to load
Select amount of expansion packs in the bottom right-hand corner
Select Checkout
Select Confirm plan change to finalise
What if I want to add more than five extension packs?
There is no limit to the number of extension plans you can add, however, only 5 packs can be added at once. Repeat the subscription process to add more than five extension packs
